I have just returned from a great stay in this trendy boutique hotel, perfect and luxurious rooms. The breakfast is sensational and the staff is affable! The location is unbeatable, 2 km from Folkestone Harbour Arm. There is a great restaurant not too far from property. Clean place, would stay here again.

The breakfast options were excellent, cooked perfectly and with plenty of choices. The bathroom door design was a bit cramped, and there were limited dining options nearby.

Magnificent and beautiful location, overall I really enjoyed the hotel.
Excellent freshly cooked breakfasts with freshly squeezed orange juice, everyone could try something new.

The rooms are well-decorated and clean, which really adds to the comfort of your stay. Breakfast is a standout with a wide selection including a full English.
The bathroom doors could use some rethinking. One door opens inward, and another is slatted, compromising privacy. The hotel is a bit of a trek from dining options, so be ready to hop in a car for meals if you don't want to walk.

Request a packed lunch if you have early travel plans. The sandwiches provided were a good touch.

The separate shower and toilet were perfect for our group. Loved the packed lunch for our early ferry. We visited the beach and the nearby coastal park, amazing. Highly recommend!
The only downside was the TV signal, which wasn't great, but we didn't mind too much since we were just there for a quick stay.

comfortable stay but limited dining options
The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. The cute host made sure I had everything I needed, including a good packed lunch that exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, giving a lovely landmark view that added to the charm of my stay.
The closest dining options are a bit of a distance away.

Perfect for couples seeking comfort
The location was ideal for our early morning journey, just a 10 minutes drive to the tunnel. Zoë, the owner, was warm and cute, she even had a tray of biscuits waiting for us, little things like that make a difference.
It wasn't inexpensive but still very acceptable for what we received.
